jscales.jpgIn 2000 a client was going through a merger and they asked Adviant for a goal-driven compensation and benefits package for the new organization.  Neither Adviant, nor anyone else to our knowledge, had done this before.  Adviant’s workproducts on that project brought to light both the disconnects and the untried opportunities around an integrated compensation and benefits approach to business.  In 2007 I joined Adviant and we put it together.
